Section 135
No Impact on the Rights of Secured Creditors
The initiation of company liquidation proceedings in accordance with this paragraph shall not affect the right of the secured creditors who pledge the assets of the company to exercise the mortgaged property or dispose of it in any other manner under the prevailing law.
